August: Milling with Water Power Join us at the Thompson-Neely Grist Mill to learn how mills harnessed water-power to process one of Pennsylvania’s most important crops: wheat. Explore the historic mill race and marvel at the infrastructure that kept the colonies fed Location:   Thompson-Neely Grist Mill , 1638 River Road, New Hope, PA 18938 Time:  Friday Augusts 24th 2026, 11am – 3pm This free event is part of our Monthly Living History Series . From April through October 2026, Washington Crossing Historic Park hosts Soldier Saturdays & Farmstead Fridays. Presented in partnership with Americana Corner , these free monthly programs explore military and civilian life during the American Revolution.
